Yes, you can! RenoDaddy offers flexibility within our pre-crafted designs. Customers can choose to include or exclude specific renovation items and even select different material options for those items. However, full custom redesigns outside of our proposed concepts are not available.
Yes, RenoDaddy offers warranty coverage on all our services and products, including essential items like kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and fittings. All warranty details, terms, and conditions are transparently outlined in our eWarranty System, where customers can easily access complete information—giving you peace of mind for years to come.
We are currently serving homeowners in the Klang Valley area. RenoDaddy plans to expand its coverage in the future.
Our payment structure follows industry standards and is based on stages of project:
- 10% Upfront: Upon order confirmation to secure your renovation slot.
- 40% Pre-Kickoff: Once all project details are confirmed and the project is ready to start.
- 45% During Carpentry Works: During the installation of carpentry works such as cabinets and wardrobes.
- 5% Final Payment: Upon project handover and final completion.
At present, RenoDaddy focuses on newly purchased properties within selected projects. However, in the near future, we plan to extend our services to homeowners looking to renovate older properties.
We believe in total transparency. RenoDaddy provides a fully itemized renovation plan and pricing, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. You will have full visibility of the items, materials, and services being delivered throughout the project.
RenoDaddy offers pre-crafted interior design & renovation plans that are fully visualized in 3D, giving you a clear picture of how your home will look before the project starts. Our eContract services ensure transparency, accountability, and a streamlined experience. Plus, we handle all aspects of renovation, so you can relax while we take care of everything.
RenoDaddy uses a slot-based system for renovation orders to ensure that each project receives the attention it deserves. We commit to a first-come, first-deliver (FCFD) policy, with a target completion timeframe of 1.5 to 2 months for each project. Each month, RenoDaddy will open 10 project slots to ensure efficient project delivery.
